Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:
- Provide all necessary text, images, and branding assets in a timely manner.
- Respond to feedback requests within 7 business days.
- Ensure that all content provided to us does not infringe on any third-party copyrights.
Payment Terms
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project value is required before work commences.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the website going “live” or the transfer of final files.
- Late Fees: Invoices unpaid for more than 14 days may incur a late fee or lead to a temporary suspension of services.
Revisions and Scope
We believe in results-driven design. Each project typically includes two rounds of revisions. Any changes requested outside the original scope of work or after the final approval will be subject to additional hourly fees.
Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final visual design and website code is transferred to the client. Web Grow Designs retains the right to:
- Showcase the completed project in our professional portfolio.
- Retain ownership of any preliminary sketches, unused concepts, or proprietary tools used during development.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection, Web Grow Designs is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue or data resulting from website downtime.
- Third-party service failures (e.g., hosting providers or plugin developers).
- Fluctuations in search engine rankings.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Termination
A 14 day written notice is required for the termination of the agreement by either party. Upon the client terminating any project, Web Grow Designs will be entitled to compensation for all work performed through to the point of the project’s termination.
Governing Law
This Agreement is to be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Web Grow Designs.
The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Disclaimer: We may modify these terms at any time. Your ongoing use of our services signifies your acceptance to any amended Terms and Conditions.
